Ujjaval Desai, Managing Partner
Ujjaval Desai has over 14 years’ experience in structuring and originating structured alternative investments. He has been managing director and co-head of JPMorgan’s European CDO group. Before that, he was head of CDO structuring and origination at Goldman Sachs. Ujjaval holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
David Reilly, Managing Partner
David Reilly has 20 years experience in originating, structuring and investing in structured alternative investments. He has been managing director and co-head of JPMorgan’s European CDO group. David was responsible for marketing and originating structured credit products and other alternative investments at Goldman Sachs, prior to joining JPMorgan. David graduated with a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Northwestern University/JL Kellogg GSM.
François Gauvin, Managing Director

Francois Gauvin has 16 years’ experience investing in European and US leveraged credits, including 5 years as head of the BNP-Paribas CLO group. Francois Gauvin holds a masters degree in finance from HEC Paris.
Keith Ashton, Managing Director
Global Structured Credit
Keith Ashton has 11 years experience investing in structured corporate credit and asset-backed securities globally. He was portfolio manager and head of structured credit and TIAA-CREF, where he managed a $3 billion structured credit portfolio. Keith Ashton holds a BA in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Rochester.
